Guatemala: Delicate mandarin acidity with a juicy, light body that carries flavours of milk chocolate, malt, and hazelnuts
Ethiopia: Lively, bright, and highly fragrant with rich flavours. A delightful blend of sweet berry fruits and flowery tones
Mexico: Full-bodied with a satisfying bite and great balance. Chocolate tones dominate with moderate acidity that lingers in the aftertaste
How to Enjoy Début
- Peak Age: Best enjoyed 7 to 30 days after roasting.
- Espresso: 20g coffee, 40ml water, 30s extraction.
- Espresso with Milk: 23g coffee, 40ml water, 30s extraction, milk to taste.
- Pour Over / Filter: 17g coffee per 250ml water, 40g with 30s blooming, 2min brew time.

Coffee Tips
Freshness is key. For the best flavour, buy in small quantities and store whole beans, which stay fresh for about six weeks. Ground coffee tends to go stale faster, so grind only what you need!
